Queerspawn Diaries is an independent audio documentary project by and about young adults with lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and/or queer parents. It was produced between 2004 and 2006 by Chana Joffe-Walt and Nava EtShalom. Through audio interviews, young adults who grew up in LGBTQ families collaborated with Queerspawn Diaries' producers to make audio pieces about their diverse experiences of queer family.

Although we're no longer recording new material for the project, we maintain this website as an online collection of interviews and pieces designed for use by educators, queerspawn, researchers, artists, and activists.

Queerspawn is a term used by some people with queer and/or transgender parents to describe ourselves. There are lots of other fabulous media projects made by queerspawn -- check out our friends at COLAGE for more.
